When we were in Halifax we went to a restaurant called the Gahan House. Good food, bad service. Caroline decided to order the potato chip nachos to start. Weird, right? Well they were delicious.
2 days ago we went to 21 Breakwater. Locals had said that it was great and the Yelp reviews were really good. I was feeling like nachos and there were nachos on the menu, but of course I was just expecting tortilla chips with cheese and whatever else they put on them. I was surprised to find that they were potato chip nachos. By far the greatest discovery anyone has even come across. They are amazing and I will never look at nachos the same way.
